A beer commercial with sexy people on TV to me says sex is important to society and a lot of people are doing it, and even people that aren't, they all have sexual urges, because it's a human nature. Then this is how we're going to sell things.

Basically, I can receive the messages but just not respond to them. Anyone could learn to, to take what they see and just leave it.

To me, it's all in the mind. It's not hard to abstain from sex or to do anything that you want to do when you have the power in your own psyche, in your own spiritual being, to make those decisions.

Part of it is self-control and self-discipline. But a better way to describe it would be just a commitment to yourself.
